Вся продукция, преставленная на сайте HMCstock.com осуществляется из нашего Европейского склада курьерскими службами GLS или Fedex.
Цены, указанные в описании товара, являются окончательными и не несут за собой никаких наценок на растаможку и т.д.
Обращаем Ваше внимание, что доставка осуществляется только на территории Европы.
Сроки доставки
Отправление товара осуществляется в течение 48 часов после подтверждения правильности получения платежа и занимает 3-5 рабочих дней.
Normally, the delivery takes 3-5 working days. Products are not being shipped on weekends and holidays.

Tracking
At the moment of dispatch, you will receive an email containing the tracking code for your order. You can use the code on the courier’s website where you can obtain more information on the progress of the shipment and the estimated delivery time and date. The aforementioned tracking code is activated within a few hours from when the item is shipped, in some cases it is activated by the end of the day.
If the item is being sent with GLS, you can check tracking code at https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking, by simply inserting the code in the "Parcel numbers / Track IDs" field and push "Search"
You can check your Fedex tracking code at https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track .
Damaged package?
Should the package present damages or signs of tampering, we advise you to sign with reserve (or refuse the package) at the time of delivery.
Having issues with the shipping?
Should the ordered goods not arrive in 5 working days, please contact first the local courier office providing them the tracking code and then email us so that we can verify the if the order number corresponds to the delivery address.
